Will Followyst work for my industry?

Techniques Followyst uses (e.g. auto-liking posts) are highly effective for any industry on Instagram. More so, based on our experience and what we have heard from our customers, the techniques can be applied in any niche and for any type of content.

What is your approach to privacy?

Followyst does not access apps, data nor other features on your smartphone that are not relevant to its purpose. The only thing our product does is automating Instagram on your device.

The Android Accessibility Service used by Followyst is only active whilst the automation is running. Pausing or stopping automation stops the service, so no information is collected.

The permission to display over other Android apps is necessary to show Followyst controls whilst automation is running. You can conveniently hide the controls once you are done with your automation session.

If you feel like it, you can revoke the permissions at any time and re-enable them before an automation session.

How safe is my Instagram account?

We do not ask for, nor store your Instagram password. You have to manually log in to Instagram on your smartphone for Followyst to work.

What does "free updates" include?

We strive to improve Followyst as a product by fixing issues and developing new features. Bugfixes we be always free and delivered in a timely manner, regardless of the chosen plan.

We will also occasionally add new features to existing plans for free. We will let you know when that happens, either via e-mail or an in-app alert.

Simply update the Followyst app on your smartphone to get the latest bugfixes and new features.

How does support work?

We prioritize responses (and bugfixes) based on the customer's subscription plan.For example, customers on the Agency can expect their requests to be addressed the quickest.

What payment options do you support?

We currently support both credit/debit card payments and PayPal.

I'm a business owner. Do you issue invoices for purchases?

We're a registered business and, as such, we issue invoices for every purchase. You can download invoices from the Account page.

What is your refund policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, just contact us within 7 days of purchase or renewal and we'll issue a full refund for the latest payment.

I want to upgrade my subscription. How much will I have to pay?

Upgrades are pro-rated. This means, for the first payment, we will take into account your current plan and how far you are into your billing period. In general, you will not pay the full price of the plan you upgrade to.

No worries if that sounds complicated. We will provide a detailed cost breakdown during checkout.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

You will still be able to use Followyst for the remainder of the cancelled subscription’s billing period.
